NEWS FLASH!

For all you Dukes fans out there that have Season One on DVD - on the "Special Features Bar-BQ" you may have caught the well known Dukes Story told by Jimmy regarding the "picture in the hat" incident.

The practical joke involved a "questionable" polaroid of Jimmy in Catherine Bach's make-up man's Cowboy Hat (see disc 3 of Season One). The stunt was Jimmy's way of coaxing Catherine into relaxing while working under the pressure of a big time television show.

For the first time ever, we have decided to publish exactly what our dearest Catherine Bach saw that fateful day as she looked up into her make-up man's hat.

Brace yourself - and click here.

James Best an ACTION FIGURE? It happened. Released in 1981 the plastic version of our favorite TV sheriff featured five points of articulation. We recently spoke to our good friend Jimmy who said after a long day of fishing he sometimes feels like he only has five points of articulation in real life.

The Rosco action figure was released in conjunction with a Sheriff's Chase Car, which looks nothing like the ones used on the show. Two different versions were available - with this 50s era style the most popular.
