"Painting to me, is just my way to express the visions from my mind that have been hidden away until unexplained urges bring them rushing forward. Thoughts and experiences that were both good and bad. Visions to be recalled and remembered by putting those images to canvas or paper in varying shades of color and brush stokes.
My paintings are the feelings that I have experienced at one time or another. Some are bright and fun and
then there are those that are dark and heavy. But each painting is very personal to me, as they are
created from the shadows of my mind. When someone enjoys my art, and expresses that pleasure, by word or by purchasing the piece to grace their walls or as a gift to a loved one, I feel as though I have had the honor of touching their lives in a very special way and I am elated. For what ever the reason they acquired the painting, I am flattered that they have chosen to share something that is a part of my heart and soul. "
